My mission is simple:  Help people & organizations expand their leadership capacity to benefit their life, business and world.  My work has two related, yet different client sets, delivery modes, and outcomes.

Firstly, I transform how teams work together for breakthrough business performance and team satisfaction.  I teach and help them apply the most insightful, resilient, and impactful leadership framework I have encountered – The Leadership Diamond®, created by Peter Koestenbaum PhD.  The Leadership Diamond® is a robust model, language and methodology for leadership at all organizational levels.  This knowledge powerfully connects individual behavior, situational understanding, and decision making to crucial business challenges that require working with others and in teams.

Second, I teach and coach individual executives how to navigate their inner journey of leadership growth – improving emotional intelligence, executive presence, and strategic thinking.  The Diamond Leader program is a transformative 12-week coaching engagement.  I work with clients to teach and apply DSPs Heros Journey framework and methodology that reliably reframes thinking and experiences to an empowered and personally meaningful vantage point.
