From the mountain top to the top floor executive suite, from the leading edge of innovation to the operations playing field, our human operating system – our DNA, brain structure, emotions and intelligence – is fundamentally the same for all of us. We all share the same drive to survive and thrive. What’s really different? Our lived experiences. And those differences add up. Individual patterns build and self-reinforce, creating subjective perceptions of objective reality, differing world views, and diverse cultures. For teams struggling to work well together, a diverse outlook can hold them back when it should be empowering their success and enjoyment.
DSP’s Leadership Foundation Workshop makes this happen!
Once your team’s situation, goals and objectives have been defined, a tailored 2-day workshop applies this new understanding to your current business challenges. Learning and applying the Leadership Diamond® framework elevates and connects differing perspectives, teaching why our shared human operating system creates differences in how we perceive, respond, and make decisions. Then we apply that methodology to current team challenges to recognize, resolve, and leverage those differences to build better solutions. DSP client teams, newly armed with this knowledge and strategy go on to build smartly diverse teams with crucially shared perspective for successfully working together.
For executives seeking to grow personally and expand their leadership potential, DSP’s Diamond Leader Program guides you to “the bridge of your life leader ship”. This 12-week coached engagement consistently focuses on a framework and methodology for building emotional intelligence, energetic resilience, personal responsibility, and empowered freewill.
Once an onboarding interview has been completed to define goals and objectives, participants receive weekly “Perspectives” Readings that act like “WD-40” for personal patterns, values and beliefs. Each chapter builds upon the previous one and integrates modern understanding of neuroscience, psychology, physiology, sociology with timeless philosophical, mythological, and religious teachings. Participants dedicate a few minutes each day to complete their “Reflections” Journal, consistently embedding the framework and methodology. Weekly coaching sessions review progress, explore questions and suggest opportunities for participants to put their learning into action.
Participant results have been nothing short of life changing.
